Architect and Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled Architect & Interior Designer to join our dynamic in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or interior design and possess the ability to deliver high-quality, creative solutions for both interior and exterior projects. This role requires proficiency in advanced 3D modeling and rendering software, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting client expectations and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural and interior design concepts that align with client requirements.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for both interior and exterior spaces.
- Prepare and interpret architectural drawings and design details accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure design consistency and project completion within deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and translate it into design solutions.
- Utilize software tools such as Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, D5 Render, and AutoCAD to create presentations and technical drawings.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree or formal education in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and realistic rendering techniques.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, D5 Render, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to produce high-quality interior and exterior renderings.
- Solid understanding of architectural drawings and design details.
