Architect / Architectural Engineer- UAE

Bizwave Consultancy is seeking a skilled Architect / Architectural Engineer with over three years of experience to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will contribute to UAE-based real estate and property development projects, working primarily from our Karachi office near Jail Chowrangi. This full-time role involves collaborating closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality architectural designs that meet industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and layouts.
- Develop 2D drawings and create 3D architectural visualizations to support project presentations.
- Assist in the design and development of residential and commercial real estate projects based in the UAE.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and verify designs, construction drawings, and technical specifications for accuracy and compliance.
- Apply relevant UAE building codes and design standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
- Strong technical drawing, design capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Karachi office.
