Architect / Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented Architect / Interior Designer with 5 to 6 years of professional experience to join The Vertical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing high-end and premium office and workplace environments. This role requires a creative individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent client relationships and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and functional designs for premium office and workplace spaces, ensuring alignment with client needs and brand identity.
- Utilize advanced 3D design, visualization, and rendering software to create compelling presentations and design concepts.
- Lead space planning and design development phases, coordinating closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage project organization, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation to maintain smooth workflows.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders regularly to understand requirements, present design solutions, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural and interior design elements seamlessly.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design, with a proven portfolio showcasing high-end office and workplace projects.
- Demonstrated experience working with large-scale organizations, including familiarity with complex systems and processes.
- Proficiency in 3D design, visualization, and rendering software essential for creating detailed and realistic design presentations.
- Strong skills in space planning, design development, and project management.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
