Architect / Interior Designer (US Projects)

We are looking for a talented Architect / Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to a diverse range of residential and commercial projects based in the United States. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to translate client requirements into detailed design solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing architectural plans, blueprints, permit and construction drawings, interior layouts, as well as creating 3D renderings and visual presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive architectural plans and blueprints that align with project specifications.
- Prepare permit and construction drawings ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
- Design interior layouts that fulfill client needs while achieving aesthetic and functional goals.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to enhance design presentations and client understanding.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to maintain consistency between design objectives and client expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant degree/diploma in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit or SketchUp for architectural and interior design drafting.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Lumion, or V-Ray is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with US building codes and drawing standards is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous architectural and interior design projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of US construction documentation and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Karachi, Pakistan.
- The workweek runs Monday to Friday, with Saturday as an optional workday.
- Working hours are scheduled from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM to align with US time zones.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs90,000 to Rs150,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
