Architect

Located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad, this full-time position seeks an experienced architect with 3 to 5 years of professional expertise in designing multi-storey mixed-use buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts and detailed designs that meet project requirements while ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal. This role demands proficiency in both exterior and interior design, space planning, and the use of advanced architectural software and AI-based tools to produce high-quality visualizations and renderings.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for multi-storey mixed-use buildings.
- Prepare architectural drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
- Manage space planning, exterior design, and interior design tasks as required by the project.
- Produce high-quality 3D renders, architectural visualizations, and walkthroughs to support project presentations.
- Utilize the latest architectural design software alongside AI-based design and rendering tools to enhance design efficiency and quality.
- Create design concepts aligned with project requirements, functionality, aesthetics, and industry standards.
- Research and incorporate modern architectural trends, construction materials, finishes, and innovative design solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
- Ensure all design outputs are accurate, detailed, and comply with project standards.
- Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while adhering to project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an HEC-recognized university or institute.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in designing multi-storey mixed-use buildings.
- Strong expertise in architectural design and space planning.
- Proficiency in rendering and architectural visualization techniques.
- Experience with exterior and interior design is highly advantageous.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or equivalent architectural software.
- Experience using AI-based design and rendering tools to enhance project outcomes.
- Solid understanding of modern architectural and interior design trends.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Demonstrated creativity, strong visualization skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
