Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and comprehensive construction plans.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and clients to verify design feasibility and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare 3D models, visualizations, and presentation materials to facilitate client approvals.
- Ensure all designs adhere to architectural standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Provide on-site architectural guidance and oversee project execution as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in architectural design or construction projects.
