Architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional and visually appealing spaces while ensuring all projects comply with relevant building codes and client requirements. This role requires close collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. The position is full-time, on-site, with office hours starting from 11:00 AM onwards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings that align with project goals.
- Prepare comprehensive plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate their vision into practical designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, D5, V-Ray, and Lumion.
- Strong design sensibility combined with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and project stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of international building codes and standards will be considered an advantage.
