The Architect will play a crucial role in shaping residential projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings that meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Prepare 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful project completion.
- Review and approve technical drawings, material specifications, and construction documents.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and design team members.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in residential architectural design, preferably in premium or luxury home projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
