Architect

We are seeking a skilled Architect with 4 to 6 years of professional experience to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent qualification and demonstrate a strong command of architectural design, documentation, and project coordination. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver high-quality architectural solutions from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, plans, and construction drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive working drawings and architectural documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Review drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements, applicable codes, and standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction-related issues in coordination with contractors.
- Assist in preparing presentations, selecting materials, and compiling project documentation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting techniques.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and a refined design sensibility.
