Key Responsibilities for Architect Position 1:
The Architect will be based full-time on-site in Karachi and will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and producing comprehensive design documentation throughout various project phases. Daily activities include coordinating with clients and consultants, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, sustainability objectives, and budget limitations. The role requires active management of project timelines, participation in design reviews, and collaboration with engineering and other disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery. The Architect will work closely with the studio team to uphold high design standards and consistently meet or exceed client expectations.

Required Qualifications for Architect Position 1:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an architectural studio environment.
- Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design, with the ability to develop functional, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
- Experience in project management, including stakeholder coordination, timeline management, and overseeing project delivery.
- Knowledge of integration with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design to ensure unified project outcomes.
- Proficiency in architectural software and digital tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling to support efficient workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team on-site in Karachi.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices; professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities for Architect Position 2:
This full-time, on-site role in Karachi involves similar responsibilities to Position 1, including developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and producing design documentation across various project phases. The Architect will coordinate with clients and consultants, conduct site visits, and ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and budget constraints. Managing project timelines is a key part of this role.
