Architect

CGD Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Architect to join our team based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction documentation, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and prepare detailed drawings and construction documentation.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate and efficient plans.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Participate in project planning and execution, maintaining quality and adherence to timelines.
- Support the team in delivering consultancy services when required, ensuring client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other related design software.
- Demonstrated experience in architectural design, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in consultancy roles will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs200,000.
- Work location is in person at DHA Phase 8, Karachi, providing a collaborative office environment.
