Architect

This full-time, on-site position is for a mid-to-senior level Architect based in Karachi. The Architect will lead architectural design projects from initial concept through to final delivery. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans that integrate both architectural and software development solutions. The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, and ensure that design quality and execution meet the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural design projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- Develop detailed project plans that incorporate architectural and software development components.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and timelines, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.
- Maintain high standards of design quality, functionality, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in architecture and architectural design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in software development and integration as it relates to architectural solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects.
- Creative problem-solving abilities combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior staff.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
