Architect

We are seeking a full-time Architect to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This on-site position operates during morning shifts and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 80,000 to 100,000. The role involves working primarily on residential projects, including apartment complexes and houses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire design process, from initial concept development through to construction documentation and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs for residential apartments and houses, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare detailed construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the construction phase to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Oversee project progress on-site, addressing any issues that arise and facilitating smooth communication between all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the design team to refine concepts and incorporate client feedback effectively.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution, specifically in residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
