Architect

This full-time, on-site Architect position is based in Lahore and focuses on developing architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings for both residential and commercial projects. The role requires ensuring that all designs align with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies. The Architect will play a critical role throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to construction support.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive design presentations to communicate ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address any design-related challenges, and maintain quality control.
- Contribute to project planning and timeline management, collaborating closely with all stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical drawing.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
- Skills related to software development and integration as they pertain specifically to architectural tools, design software workflows, or BIM coordination.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations relevant to architectural projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with prior experience in architectural design within real estate or construction sectors.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
