Architect

This full-time, on-site Architect position is based in Lahore and focuses on developing architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings for both residential and commercial projects. The role requires ensuring that all designs align with client requirements, applicable regulations, and company standards. The Architect will play a critical role throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to construction support, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare design presentations that clearly communicate architectural concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design-related issues, and maintain quality control.
- Contribute to project planning and timeline management, helping to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders throughout the design and development phases to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Strong skills in architecture and architectural design, including concept development, space planning, and technical drawing.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Knowledge of software development and integration as it relates specifically to architectural tools, design software workflows, or BIM coordination.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the design and construction process.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Prior experience in architectural design, preferably within real estate or construction projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
