The Architect position at Transeptia is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout all project phases. Daily duties include reviewing site conditions, attending client meetings, refining layouts and material specifications, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The role also involves on-site project monitoring, collaboration with construction and interior teams, and supporting efforts to optimize costs and timelines without compromising design quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed design plans aligned with project goals.
- Prepare accurate drawings, specifications, and documentation for all project stages.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and interior design professionals.
- Review site conditions regularly and participate in client meetings to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Monitor project progress on-site to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with construction and interior teams to maintain cohesive project delivery.
- Support cost control and time management initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed plans.
- Experience in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination, and oversight of project delivery.
- Familiarity with integrating architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior systems.
- Basic understanding of software development principles or related digital workflows that enhance design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and local regulations applicable in Lahore and the surrounding region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and spatial planning.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Prior experience in architectural, interior, or construction projects is highly beneficial.
