ARCHITECT

Horti Club, a leading horticulture and landscaping company specializing in innovative landscape design, development, and execution, is looking for a creative and experienced Architect to join their team. This role is based in Lahore, with a requirement for regular travel between the Faisalabad, Lahore, and Islamabad offices. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in design, planning, and 3D visualization, with a focus on landscape architecture, garden design, and outdoor development projects. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and landscape design concepts tailored to client needs.
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and professional presentations.
- Design gardens, outdoor spaces, and comprehensive landscape projects.
- Create realistic 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design intent.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain design quality standards.
- Manage design revisions and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the development process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Sc. Architect) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design, preferably with exposure to landscape architecture.
- Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3ds Max.
- Strong creativity combined with technical knowledge and excellent project coordination skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently between Lahore, Faisalabad, and Islamabad offices.
