Architect

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of innovative building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating spatial layouts, concept sketches, and detailed 2D/3D models using advanced design software. This role requires close collaboration with clients and engineering teams to ensure that all designs meet project goals, budgetary limits, and regulatory standards. The Architect will also oversee construction progress, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This position is based on-site and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning: Develop comprehensive spatial layouts, concept sketches, and detailed architectural models using CAD and BIM tools such as Revit or AutoCAD. Ensure designs are both creative and technically sound.

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their project objectives, budget constraints, site conditions, and timelines. Provide expert advice and maintain clear communication throughout the project.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and accessibility standards to guarantee legal and safe construction.

Engineering Coordination: Work closely with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers to integrate building systems seamlessly and safely within the design.

Construction Supervision: Monitor project execution through regular site visits, review progress with contractors, and manage contract documentation to ensure adherence to plans and schedules.

Required Qualifications

Creative & Analytical Balance: Ability to merge artistic vision with practical knowledge of physics, mathematics, and spatial problem-solving to deliver innovative yet feasible designs.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in architectural software including CAD and BIM platforms, with strong skills in blueprint reading and contract documentation.

Communication & Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas effectively to clients, negotiate with regulatory authorities, and manage project timelines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs1,500,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role requires physical presence at the work location to facilitate hands-on supervision and collaboration.
