We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed building designs, layouts, and 3D models that align with client requirements and site conditions. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. The Architect will also oversee construction activities on-site, providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive building designs, layouts, and 3D models tailored to client specifications and site conditions.
- Supervise construction work on-site to ensure adherence to approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and obtain necessary approvals.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and select appropriate materials while ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide practical design solutions to resolve any technical challenges encountered during construction.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in architectural design and project supervision.
- Strong proficiency in creating building layouts and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work on-site as the position requires in-person presence.
