Architect / Roofing Estimator

We are seeking a full-time Architect / Roofing Estimator to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This on-site position supports a U.S.-based roofing and construction operation. The role involves preparing detailed roofing takeoffs from architectural and construction plans, utilizing ConstructConnect software to accurately calculate roof areas, materials, waste factors, and ventilation quantities. The successful candidate will also assist in project estimating and quality control to ensure precise and efficient project execution. This position operates on an evening shift and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare roofing takeoffs from architectural and construction plans using ConstructConnect software.
- Calculate roof areas, including dimensions and slopes, to determine accurate material requirements.
- Estimate quantities of roofing materials, factoring in waste and ventilation needs.
- Support project estimating by providing detailed and accurate cost assessments.
- Assist in quality control processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements.
- Maintain organized records of estimates and related documentation for future reference and auditing.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in architectural drafting or roofing estimation, preferably within a construction or roofing company.
- Proficiency in using ConstructConnect or similar takeoff and estimating software.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans accurately.
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and support U.S.-based operations.
- Willingness to work evening shifts as required by the role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
