The Architect role at SS Homes involves designing and overseeing residential projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings for residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors to create cohesive and practical design solutions.
- Prepare 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve any design-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Coordinate with the interior design team to integrate architectural and interior elements seamlessly.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in residential architectural design, preferably within the construction and interior solutions industry.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on client feedback and site conditions.
