THE MINEARCH is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing both conceptual and detailed architectural designs, creating precise 3D models using Autodesk Revit tailored for Lumion rendering, and preparing comprehensive construction drawings. This role involves working on a variety of projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. The Architect will collaborate closely with our rendering specialist and videographer to produce high-quality visualizations, presentations, and animations that effectively translate design concepts into practical and visually compelling building solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural proposals that meet project requirements.
- Produce accurate 3D models using Autodesk Revit, optimized for Lumion rendering and architectural animation.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings along with comprehensive architectural documentation to guide project execution.
- Collaborate with the rendering specialist and videographer to create engaging project presentations, visualizations, and animations.
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and construction-ready.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout all stages of design and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural 3D modeling.
- Experience in preparing detailed architectural construction drawings.
- Knowledge of Lumion rendering workflows and integration with 3D models.
- Strong design sensibility combined with excellent visualization and technical drafting skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment, demonstrating good communication and collaboration skills.
This is a full-time position based at our office, offering a monthly salary range of Rs100,000 to Rs130,000.
