Architectural Draftsman / 3D Visualizer

J7 Emporium (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman / 3D Visualizer to join its Engineering Division for a prestigious high-rise, mixed-use development project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise architectural drawings, coordinating shop and as-built drawings, and producing high-quality 3D visualizations to support both design development and project execution. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and maintain architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings aligned with approved designs and actual site conditions.
- Create 3D architectural models, renders, and visual presentations to facilitate design review and coordination.
- Utilize SketchUp along with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or D5 Render to produce realistic visualizations.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, constructability, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and implement design changes.
- Incorporate feedback from management, consultants, and other disciplines, maintaining updated drawing revisions.
- Maintain drawing registers, organize files, and ensure document control in accordance with project procedures.
- Support site teams by clarifying drawings and updating documentation to reflect approved changes.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil or Architectural Technology is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is considered an advantage.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draftsman / 3D Visualizer.
- Proven hands-on experience working on high-rise building projects is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Practical experience with at least one rendering tool such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or D5 Render.
- Demonstrated expertise in architectural drafting, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and 3D visualization.
- Excellent coordination, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
