We are seeking experienced architectural professionals based exclusively in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to join our dynamic team. Candidates must be residents of these cities, as applications from outside this region will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing detailed architectural drawings and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Produce submission drawings that comply with local development authority byelaws.
- Develop detailed working drawings, including plumbing, electrical, structural coordination, schedules, and finishing details.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to prevent clashes and ensure seamless integration.
- Assist senior architects with project documentation and presentation materials.
- Maintain high attention to detail to guarantee accuracy in all technical drawings.
- Manage printing and compilation of complete working sets.
- Develop basic 3D models using SketchUp or Revit and assist in producing rendered views.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and drafting.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max.
- Residency in Islamabad or Rawalpindi is mandatory.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to produce precise and comprehensive drawings.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
