Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. This role involves preparing detailed architectural drawings and layouts for small-scale projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. The position offers a competitive salary range of 50,000 to 70,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and layouts for small-scale projects.
- Develop, modify, and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Prepare basic plumbing drawings and layouts as required.
- Convert design concepts, specifications, and project requirements into detailed technical drawings.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to incorporate design changes, revisions, and updates.
- Prepare 3D models and visualizations using 3D Max, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, detailed, and comply with project requirements.
- Review drawings, dimensions, and measurements to maintain a high level of accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drafting and technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of plumbing drawings and layouts for small projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with 3D Max or SketchUp software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret drawings, measurements, specifications, and project requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
