Key Responsibilities
The Architectural Intern will be based in Karachi and work under a hybrid arrangement, balancing remote and on-site tasks. The intern will assist project teams in producing architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations, working closely with senior designers and architects. Daily duties include supporting space planning efforts, refining design concepts, researching materials and finishes, and contributing to project documentation across residential, commercial, and retail sectors. The role requires coordination with team members, participation in design reviews, and helping to ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and brand standards. This internship offers hands-on experience in both architectural and interior design processes, from initial concept development through to project execution.

Required Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, capable of supporting both conceptual and detailed design phases.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clearly present design ideas.
- Understanding of architectural and interior design principles, including coordination of structural, MEP, and interior elements within projects.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools, along with basic skills in 3D visualization.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized architecture or related program.
- Excellent attention to detail, organized work habits, and ability to manage multiple tasks within a hybrid work environment.
- Keen interest in contemporary design, with awareness of the regional context in the UAE and Pakistan, and eagerness to learn client-focused, execution-oriented design workflows.
