Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets at national, regional, and territory levels.
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop sales teams within assigned regions, where applicable.
- Conduct regular field visits to build strong customer relationships, increase market penetration, and ensure product visibility and availability.
- Monitor sales performance through quarterly reviews and KPI-based evaluations.
- Organize and lead weekly and monthly sales meetings to assess performance and align future sales strategies.
- Manage distributor relationships and coordinate product supply to maintain smooth availability.
- Plan and execute Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, workshops, symposia, and promotional activities to boost business growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Territory Manager roles, while 2–3 years of relevant sales experience is preferred for managerial positions.
- Practical experience in POCT, Core Diagnostics, IVD, or Blood Transfusion Solutions is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary for Area Sales Manager positions.
- Experience working with dealer networks, retail channels, diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and public-sector healthcare institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
