We are seeking a skilled AI professional with 3 to 8 years of experience in Data Science, specializing in generative AI, agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions that meet client business needs. This role requires close collaboration with clients to translate their requirements into effective technical solutions, along with defining success metrics and ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Define clear success metrics to measure the effectiveness of AI solutions.
- Deploy AI models and monitor their performance to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience in Data Science, with a focus on generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, and NLP.
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, knowledge graphs, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Proficiency in Azure AI tools, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Experience working with LangChain, agentic AI frameworks, and orchestration tools for AI workflows.
- Skilled in using Hugging Face libraries for model building and fine-tuning.
- Strong Python programming skills, particularly for developing AI applications.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a passion for debugging and enhancing AI systems.
