Key Responsibilities
- Model Deployment: Develop, build, and integrate AI and machine learning models into production software systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- LLM Engineering: Create applications leveraging large language models through prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Data Pipelines: Prepare and preprocess large datasets by cleaning and structuring data to support efficient training and inference processes.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize AI models to enhance latency, throughput, accuracy, and minimize operational costs.
- Research & Innovation: Continuously stay informed about the latest advancements in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning to incorporate cutting-edge techniques into projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working as a Software Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer with a proven track record in AI development.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, including writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- AI Frameworks: Practical experience with major AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Vector Data: Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or FAISS for managing and querying high-dimensional data.
- DevOps for AI: Knowledge of MLOps tools and platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Hugging Face Spaces to support model lifecycle management and deployment.
