Big Bird Foods Limited is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Officer to join their FS HoReCa channel team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the frozen food segment, focusing on the Food Service (FS) and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the FS HoReCa channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure timely product availability and promotional support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within the frozen food category.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales within the Food Service channel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and market analysis.
