Assembly Technician

Pakistan’s largest Additive Manufacturing (AM) solutions provider specializing in low volume production and rapid prototyping is seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical components. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues during the assembly process.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to safety protocols in all assembly activities.
- Document assembly progress and maintain accurate records as required.

Required Qualifications

- Proven proficiency in assembling mechanical and electrical components with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions confidently.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges during assembly.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting purposes.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
