Assembly Technician

Pakistan’s largest additive manufacturing (AM) solutions provider specializing in low volume production and rapid prototyping is seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical components. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule, while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Test and troubleshoot components to identify and resolve any issues during assembly.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on assembly equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout all stages of assembly.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly progress and report any deviations or concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in assembling mechanical and electrical components with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions accurately.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges during assembly.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and quality control standards in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
