We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, servers, workstations, and software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in network architecture and communication protocols to ensure the continuous availability and efficient operation of IT systems. This role involves handling ICT support requests, coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve incidents promptly, and monitoring network usage across multiple platforms including Building Management Systems (BMS), security, audiovisual (AV), and telecommunications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing both physical and virtual network infrastructures that are scalable and effective, while ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and software applications to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of network architecture and communication protocols to proactively ensure system availability.
- Respond promptly and effectively to ICT support requests, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve incidents and minimize disruption.
- Monitor IT network usage for BMS, security systems, AV equipment, and telecommunications to guarantee optimal performance and security.
- Design and implement physical and virtual network infrastructures that support scalability and future growth.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks, providing regular updates on progress to management and relevant teams.
- Maintain efficient network operations and software applications with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing reliability.
