Z House, a rapidly growing provider of premium workspaces with three branches across Karachi, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team. This role offers more than just traditional finance tasks; it provides an opportunity to take ownership of the accounting function and contribute directly to the company’s expansion. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations across multiple locations, supporting strategic growth, and leading a dedicated accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting for all branches, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements.
- Develop budgets and financial models to support the launch of new locations and business initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing accounts team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certified by ICAP, ACCA qualified, or equivalent certification; finalists in these programs are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting roles, preferably with exposure to multi-branch financial reporting.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to proactively address challenges and support business needs.
