We are looking for a qualified candidate to provide support both at the site and in office-related matters for ongoing and upcoming civil engineering projects. The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing various tasks associated with project execution and coordination. The position involves travel within and outside designated duty stations, requiring flexibility and adaptability. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing site operations and office activities related to current and future projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of tasks.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and communication between stakeholders.
- Travel as required to various project locations, both within and outside assigned duty stations.
- Utilize civil engineering knowledge to contribute to technical problem-solving and project planning.
- Employ project management tools and MS Office applications to track progress and manage schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts and construction processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management software.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel frequently as per project requirements.
