Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join their team as an Assistant/Deputy Manager for Industrial Linkages and Placement. This role is based in Karachi and offers a monthly salary of PKR 100,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with industries and corporate partners to facilitate employment and placement opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate placement activities and maintain strong communication channels between employers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with industries, companies, and corporate partners to enhance placement opportunities.
- Identify and establish new industrial linkages to expand employment prospects for candidates.
- Coordinate candidate placements, including scheduling interviews, managing referrals, and addressing employer requirements.
- Oversee corporate communication and Public Relations (PR) activities related to industrial engagement.
- Conduct meetings and follow-ups with industry representatives and potential employers to foster ongoing collaboration.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes.
- Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and employer databases for effective tracking and analysis.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing industry engagement and creating additional employment opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Industrial Linkages, Placement, Business Development, Human Resources, Recruitment, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong abilities in corporate communication and relationship management.
- Proficient negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills to manage employer and candidate interactions effectively.
- Demonstrated proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach to work.
