Assistant Director HR

Air University is seeking a qualified professional to join its Aerospace & Aviation Campus in Kamra. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA, MSc, or an equivalent degree from a reputable HEC-recognized national or international university or institute. This role requires a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience within a well-established academic institution. Candidates with foreign qualifications must provide an HEC equivalence letter, and the terminal degree must be attested by HEC. The position is based exclusively at the Aerospace & Aviation Campus in Kamra and offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to support institutional goals.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to engage with faculty, staff, and students.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports as required.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and oral formats.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:
- MBA, MSc, or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institute.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience at a reputable academic institution.
- Terminal degree must be attested by HEC; foreign qualifications require an HEC equivalence certificate.
- Age between 25 and 55 years.
