NADRA is seeking a skilled Assistant Director specializing in Database Security to join their team in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IBM Guardium-based database monitoring systems to ensure continuous protection against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in database security management, specifically with IBM Guardium or equivalent database monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of database architectures, security protocols, and encryption techniques.
- Experience conducting security audits, risk assessments, and incident response within database environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to data protection and privacy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
