Assistant Ecommerece Operation Manager - Abendsoft Pvt Ltd

Abendsoft Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant eCommerce Operations Manager to join their team in Lahore. This role involves supporting the day-to-day management of eCommerce operations and coordinating closely with the eCommerce Operations Manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow between teams in Pakistan and the UK. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong team player, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the eCommerce Operations Manager in overseeing and coordinating the Pakistan eCommerce team.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Pakistan team regarding daily operational matters, task allocation, and priority management.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, task completion, and overall performance to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Follow up on pending tasks and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support team members with daily challenges and operational questions.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between Pakistan and UK teams by providing regular updates on performance, workflow, and outstanding issues.
- Escalate significant operational or performance concerns to the eCommerce Operations Manager.
- Implement instructions, processes, and priorities as directed by the eCommerce Operations Manager.
- Oversee daily workflows, identify bottlenecks or delays, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records, task trackers, and operational documentation.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the team.
- Support the team in managing escalated customer and order-related issues, including incorrect addresses, order delays, and stock shortages.
- Coordinate resolution of customer and order problems and communicate critical issues to management.
- Assist with onboarding new Pakistan-based team members by ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, accounts, and system access.
- Provide basic guidance on internal systems, tools, and workflows to new employees.
- Report and follow up on technical issues until resolution, helping new team members understand their responsibilities and performance expectations.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and platforms, including Shopify, as well as marketing tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Confident in communicating with management and international teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to guide and support team members effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address daily operational and workflow challenges.
- Experience monitoring team performance, productivity, and task completion.
- Proficient with productivity, communication, and task-tracking software tools.
- Basic technical skills to assist with onboarding, computer setups, system access, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on responsibilities.
