The Assistant Field Manager (AFM) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad. This role supports field operations by driving performance across assigned territories. The AFM assists in planning and executing field activities, coordinating with medical representatives and sales teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, collecting and analyzing field data, and providing regular reports to senior management. The AFM also organizes engagements with physicians and healthcare professionals, conducts product briefings, and promotes awareness activities, particularly in key therapeutic areas. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring field staff, resolving on-ground challenges, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of field operations and sales activities within assigned territories.
- Coordinate with medical representatives and sales teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and gather field data to analyze performance and identify opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports and feedback to senior management.
- Organize physician and healthcare professional engagements, including product briefings and awareness campaigns.
- Train, mentor, and support field staff to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Address and resolve on-ground issues promptly to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers to foster sustainable growth.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or field management, with a proven track record covering Faisalabad and surrounding areas through regular field visits.
- Relevant educational background in Biological Sciences, Biology, Zoology, Pharmacy, Management, Marketing, BBA, MBA, or related fields.
- Strong skills in field operations, territory management, activity planning, and performance monitoring.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills, including data collection, documentation, and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to handle field challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes and familiarity with therapeutic areas such as neurology, pediatrics, and other relevant specialties.
- Willingness and ability to work in an on-site, field-based environment in Faisalabad, with readiness for local travel and strict adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
