Assistant Finance Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to support our daily financial operations. This role involves managing bank reconciliations, processing payments, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and track all bank deposits, payments, and cash transactions.
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records, including invoices and receipts.
- Ensure that all financial data is updated, accurate, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Process weekly payments for approved purchase invoices and expense claims using BACS or online banking systems.
- Manage bank and cash operations, including reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and credit cards.
- Review financial, accounting, and statistical reports to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university. Professional certifications such as CA or ACCA are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in roles such as Finance Officer, Finance Assistant, or similar positions.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
- This position requires working on-site.
