Assistant Hydro therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Hydrotherapy Assistant to support the physiotherapy team in delivering effective treatment to patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of hydrotherapy equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. This role involves closely monitoring patients’ vital signs and assisting them throughout their treatment sessions, contributing to their overall recovery and well-being. The position is full-time and based in Rawalpindi, requiring in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of all hydrotherapy equipment.
- Check and record water temperature before each patient’s treatment session to ensure safety and comfort.
- Monitor and document patients’ blood pressure before and after treatment to track their response to therapy.
- Assist patients in performing prescribed exercises tailored to their condition and treatment plan.
- Safely support patients to the recovery area after treatment in coordination with the hydrotherapy helper.
- Adhere strictly to all relevant safety and infection control procedures during hydrotherapy sessions.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Physiotherapist to support patient care and clinic operations.

Required Qualifications

- Completion of High School education is mandatory.
- A Diploma in Physiotherapy with a minimum duration of 2 years is required to ensure adequate knowledge and skills for this role.
