The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) is seeking to hire 15 Assistants on deputation for its Islamabad regional office as well as sub-offices located anywhere in Pakistan. These positions are open to regular civil servants working in Federal or Provincial Government organizations or autonomous bodies at the same pay scale (BPS-15). Candidates from all genders between the ages of 18 and 55 with any educational qualification are encouraged to apply. The role requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and preference will be given to those with experience in the education or Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector. The appointment will be made on deputation basis following approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer operations essential for daily office tasks.
- Exhibit strong skills in office noting and drafting to support administrative functions.
- Perform duties efficiently in line with the requirements of the assigned office, whether at the Islamabad regional office or any sub-office across Pakistan.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination within the department and with external stakeholders as required.

Required Qualifications
- A second class or Grade C Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in the education or TVET sector.
- Candidates must be regular public or civil servants currently employed in Federal or Provincial Government organizations or autonomous bodies at the same pay scale. Contract, project-based, or tenure track employees are not eligible.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the education sector or specifically within the TVET domain will be considered an advantage.
