The company provides a wide range of services including connectivity, internet, cloud, cybersecurity, voice, and managed IT solutions to corporate, government, and carrier clients across major cities. As part of a well-established telecom group with over 20 years of market presence, this role plays a vital part in safeguarding the company’s monthly recurring revenue by managing receivables ageing and optimizing collection processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections for enterprise, government, and carrier accounts to consistently achieve monthly cash collection targets.
- Monitor daily receivables ageing and proactively follow up on accounts nearing 60, 90, and 120+ days overdue.
- Coordinate government and semi-government payment cycles, including timely bill submissions and follow-ups with their finance departments.
- Resolve invoice disputes related to service downtime, SLA credits, or billing discrepancies by collaborating closely with Billing, Sales, and technical teams.
- Reconcile customer ledgers, pursue unapplied receipts and short payments, and collect withholding tax certificates as required.
- Support reconciliations involving carrier, wholesale, and intercompany balances.
- Review and monitor credit limits and payment terms, identifying high-risk accounts early and taking appropriate action.
- Escalate serious collection issues to the Legal department with comprehensive documentation.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, cash flow forecasts, and ageing analyses to management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable management.
- Experience in telecom, ISP, IT services, SaaS, utilities, or other B2B recurring billing environments.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with corporate and government finance teams.
- Strong knowledge of receivables ageing, reconciliations, credit terms, and withholding tax procedures.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

This position requires full-time, in-person attendance at the company’s office. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the financial stability and cash flow management of a leading organization within the telecom sector. The role is ideal for professionals seeking to leverage their collections expertise in a dynamic and well-established business environment.
