Systems Limited is looking for a skilled HR Operations professional to oversee HR activities and ensure compliance within the UK and European markets. The role focuses on delivering a smooth employee experience while maintaining operational excellence. This position involves managing various HR processes, supporting compliance efforts, and collaborating with multiple teams to uphold company standards and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily HR operations for the UK and European workforce, ensuring all HR processes are executed accurately and on time.
- Ensure adherence to UK and European employment laws, company HR policies, statutory obligations, and data protection regulations.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, transfers, promotions, changes in employment terms, and offboarding.
- Maintain precise employee records and HRIS data, safeguarding confidentiality and complying with data privacy standards.
- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave management, and coordinate with payroll and HR service providers.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and other compliance documentation.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, managers, payroll, legal, and finance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support internal and external audits, statutory reporting, compliance reviews, and maintain HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering key metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, compliance activities, and operational KPIs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Compliance, or HR Shared Services.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR operational processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UK and/or European employment practices is preferred.
