Systems Limited is looking for a skilled HR Operations professional to oversee HR activities and ensure compliance within the UK and European markets. This role focuses on delivering a smooth employee experience while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will manage daily HR processes, support compliance with employment laws, and collaborate with various internal teams to address HR operational matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the UK and European workforce, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all HR processes.
- Ensure adherence to UK and European employment laws, HR policies, statutory requirements, and data protection regulations.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contract management, transfers, promotions, changes in employment terms, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave management, and coordinate with payroll and HR service providers.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, payroll, legal, and finance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support internal and external audits, statutory reporting, compliance reviews, and maintain HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, compliance activities, and operational KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Compliance, or HR Shared Services.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR operational processes.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of UK and/or European employment practices is highly desirable.
