We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager Accounts to join our finance team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash flow management, payment processing, and financial reporting, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. This full-time role requires proficiency in managing daily financial operations, preparing accurate reports, and supporting month-end closing and audit activities. The position demands excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while coordinating with various internal departments and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and process daily payments with proper verification and documentation.
- Monitor cash positions to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Maintain comprehensive records and supporting documents for all payments and financial reports.
- Coordinate with banks and internal teams regarding payment-related matters.
- Assist in month-end financial closing and reporting activities.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary reports and reconciliations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or professional certifications such as ACCA or CMA.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in cash flow management, payment handling, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial reporting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
- Ability to prepare and monitor daily and monthly cash flow statements.
- Sound knowledge of payment processing and financial documentation.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs100,000.
