I&K Enterprises is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Manager Admin to play a vital role at our Head Office in Lahore. This position requires a dynamic leader who will oversee the smooth functioning of administrative operations, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, company assets are protected, and the workplace environment fosters productivity and excellence. The role goes beyond routine tasks and demands hands-on management of various operational aspects to support the organization’s growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all administrative operations to guarantee efficient day-to-day functioning of the Head Office.
- Manage facilities including office maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, and workplace infrastructure to maintain a safe and productive environment.
- Oversee company transport, fleet management, travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics operations.
- Develop and implement asset management systems to ensure accurate tracking of company assets, inventory, and office equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers; negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare and monitor administrative budgets, control operational expenses, and optimize costs without compromising service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and administrative procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency, operational effectiveness, and employee experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with a major in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities management, office operations, or general administration.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, plant operations, or corporate office environments is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with an empathetic approach to mentoring and building trust within teams.
- Proven ability to manage logistics, transport, travel, asset tracking, and inventory control with precision.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Commitment to operational excellence through innovation, compliance, and continuous process improvements.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs90,000 to Rs100,000.
- Full-time position based at the Head Office in Lahore, requiring in-person attendance.
