Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, a subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager CAD to join its engineering team. The company, known for its excellence in manufacturing New Holland tractors in collaboration with Case New Holland, operates a high-efficiency plant in Dera Ghazi Khan with its corporate office in Lahore. The Assistant Manager CAD will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining precise 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and parts catalogues for tractor components. This position supports product development by performing design simulations, failure analysis, and ensuring that all drawings and technical documentation meet stringent engineering standards. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to facilitate design changes and resolve technical issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for tractor parts and components in line with design specifications.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of drawings, including revisions, design changes, and issuance dates, ensuring proper document control.
- Conduct design simulations and failure mode analyses using CREO software to evaluate component performance and identify potential design flaws.
- Analyze simulation outcomes and recommend design improvements and optimized solutions for critical tractor components.
- Develop and regularly update parts catalogues based on the latest 3D drawings, design changes, and engineering specifications.
- Ensure that updated drawings and technical data are accurately communicated to end users and relevant stakeholders.
- Implement and utilize CAD software tools and modules, including CREO, to enhance design capabilities and engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and other teams to support design modifications, technical requirements, and resolve design-related issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, DAE, or B.Tech from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling and engineering drawings using CREO/Pro-E.
- Working knowledge of ANSYS and other engineering simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of design optimization and failure analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and design specifications.
- Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
