Assistant Manager Costing

We are seeking a dedicated finance professional with a strong background in costing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in finance, preferably in costing, across any industry. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can contribute effectively to financial analysis and cost management within the organization. The position is full-time and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze costing data to support financial decision-making
- Prepare accurate cost reports and financial statements related to costing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost control and optimization
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to cost management
- Monitor cost variances and recommend corrective actions
- Support internal audits and compliance related to finance and costing processes

Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance or part-qualified ICMA (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants)
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance with a focus on costing within any industry
